Introduction: The Grand Prize Drawing (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Prepaid Network Services. (“Sponsor”). Predetermined number of winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through www.hello-money.com web site. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received in the given period. The Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States. Void where prohibited. 2. Timing: The next Sweepstakes ends March 31, 2011 at noon ET or when all available entries are distributed (“Sweepstakes”). 3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and Promoters, their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. 4. How to Enter: To enter online, complete the online entry form provided through the www.hello-money.com site. By completing the online entry form, you are agreeing to be notified by e-mail if you are the winner of the Sweepstakes. All parts of the entry must be filled out correctly; lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage due entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels are void. Only one (1) free entry per person is permitted per day. Duplicated entries will be voided. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. In the unlikely event the Sponsor encounters technical or equipment failures such as telephone network lines failing, computer online systems failing, servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in connection with the sweepstakes, etc., the Sponsor and promoters will not be held responsible. Collection and handling of personally identifiable information will be in accordance to the Privacy Policy as posted on www.hello-money.com. Use of any automated system or agent to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. 5. Selection of Potential Winner: On or about 7 days from the end of the sweepstakes, Sponsor will randomly select winners from among all eligible entries received. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by mail within ten (10) days of the drawing. Except where prohibited, potential winner must sign and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, he/she will be disqualified, and an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received for the Sweepstake. 6. Prize: The exact prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the sweepstake through which he/she entered. A list of prizes is posted on the www.hello-money.com web site. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor and Promoters, who reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor will withhold and/or report taxes as required by the applicable law of Sponsor and/or Promoter’s jurisdiction and winner’s jurisdiction. 7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. 8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor’s or any Promoter’s Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, Promoters, their respective officers, directors, employees, parent companies, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize.
